Is there a Quick Start Guide?
To be productive from day one with the Roadmap app, check out the Online Quick Start Guide.
How to Cancel an App Store Auto-renewal Subscription?
Please check out Apple’s guide to View, Change or Cancel Your Subscriptions.
What is the major difference compared with the QuickPlan app?
Some users may use these apps beyond their primary focus and find them more comfortable than apps designed for other purposes. While we consider different user needs, our apps still retain their core design focus.
Can I create a Roadmap Template?
Any roadmap file can be used as a template. From the Home screen, long-press a document tile, then tap “Duplicate” to copy it into a new document.
Where are my documents stored?
We (the Roadmap App Developer Team) do not operate a server for storing user-created roadmap data. You fully own the roadmap documents you create. The Roadmap app stores your roadmap files on your device and in iCloud Drive, and you choose the file location from the Roadmap app home screen.
How to sync across multiple devices via iCloud Drive?
Roadmap supports synchronizing documents across devices via iCloud Drive. Please check the details in the online user manual.
Can I specify some task names, then Roadmap will help me with the rest?
No.
How do I backup the plans?
We (the Roadmap App Developer Team) do not operate a server to store user-generated roadmap documents. A roadmap is stored as an .rdmap file on your Mac. By default, Roadmap automatically copies the project file to the backup folder when you open a project, and you can turn auto backup on or off in app preferences. We recommend backing up your document files to cloud storage such as Dropbox, either automatically with third-party apps or manually.
Keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet
Press ⌘⌥^ (Command + Alt + Ctrl) to show shortcut tips in the active roadmap window.
If I have subscribed to the Mac version, do I have to subscribe to the iOS version?
Yes, if you want to use the app on iOS devices. When we started developing the app, there was no way to bundle apps across different operating systems.
